Dr. Robert L. Haley, III
Pastor
Dr. Robert L Haley, III was born April 21, 1955, in Fort Knox Kentucky to the late Staff Sergeant Robert Lee Haley, Jr. and Evangelist Margaret B. Haley. He moved to St. Albans, West Virginia with his mother and siblings. He received his doctorate in theology from FMI Biblical Studies and Seminary and his early education in the Kanawha County School System. Being led by God, Chief Apostle Haley founded A More Excellent Way Ministries Worldwide with over 100 churches internationally. While busy at the ministry, Apostle Haley has established churches affiliates in several countries including India, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Uganda and oversees many fellowships across the continent of Africa.
On November 15, 2010, he founded A More Excellent Way Life Center Church, in St. Albans, West Virginia with only three churches in the United States. In 2018, he made the bold move to Charleston, West Virginia where the ministry continues to expand.
Since January 2011, the church experienced an outpouring of God’s grace with the launching of Bright Futures Now, Inc., a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization that provides support in the areas of financial literary, training, food insecurity, and health equity.
Bishop Dr. Robert L. Haley, III is the Founder, Chief Apostle and Visionary of A More Excellent Way Ministries Worldwide, Inc., and Pastor of A More Excellent Way Life Center Church and Bright Futures Now, Inc. a faith-based 501(c) 3 non-profit organization headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia.
Dr. Haley works closely with community leaders and groups as a coach and mentor. These leaders seek him out for counsel and guidance around community engagement and spiritual training.
He is the author of “Work Your Faith Because Faith Works”, Dr. Haley is a humble man with a heart for the people of God. He encourages the membership of A More Excellent Way Life Center Church to live life in “a more excellent way” that brings glory to God.
Dr. Haley has been married to Elder Danita Lynn (Calloway) Haley for over 40 years, and they are the proud parents of three grown children: Robert L. Haley, IV, Dalesha Haley, and Second Lt. DeJuan Haley. They have four grandchildren: David, Aasiah, Sarayah and Mario.

Women and Children Ministry
First Lady Danita Haley is head of Women of Favor Ministry and Director of the Children Ministry. She has been active in the church for more than 30 years, and is a amazing vocalist.
In 2022, she was installed as elder of A More Excellent Way Life Center Church.
However, she works tirelessly for the church’s food distribution programs, and girl’s youth mentoring program.
Elder Haley is a conference convenor and has spoken both in the United States and aboard.
She has a heart for children and the youth, and can often be found providing loving support to her three wonderful children Dalesha, Robert IV and Dejuan. She and her husband are also blessed with four grandchildren Aashia (serving in the armed forces), David, Sarayah and Mario.

Elder Denise White
She is an elder, speaker, digital creator, and consultant committed to advancing ministry, leadership development, and community impact. She serves as an ordained Elder at A More Excellent Way Life Center Church in St. Charleston, West Virginia, under the leadership of Chief Apostle Dr. Robert L. Haley, III.
In addition to her pastoral responsibilities, she serves as Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Assistant for A More Excellent Way Ministries Worldwide, Inc. She holds a master’s degree in Christian education from Michigan Theological Seminary, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
der White and her husband produce a teaching blog and the virtual series “From Deliverance to Destiny.” Elder White is the author of four books—What’s in Your Bag, Bitter or Better, Where Do I Go from Here? and her latest release, People of Grace: Treasures in Earthen Vessels—and has contributed to additional publications.
They also established Mind Mosaic Coaching and Consulting, LLC, based in Webster, Texas. She consults with non-profit, faith-based organizations and individuals on strategic planning and life skills. Elder White is currently pursuing further theological and leadership studies through Dallas Theological Seminary Online and Hillsdale College. She is a certified life coach through the Transformation Academy. In addition, Elder White serves on the faculty of Behold Closed Doors International Ministries.

From her early years, she was active in the church. Guided by her mother and Pastor Mabel Page at Apostolic Free Church of God in St. Albans, West Virginia, she was groomed for leadership. Her energetic personality and willingness to serve led to different roles in the church eventually to Superintendent of Sunday School and Assistant Pastor at A More Excellent Way Life Center Church, formerly Apostolic Free Church of God.
As mentioned, Elder Wesley has worked her entire professional life in the church. She has served as Sunday School Teacher, Usher, Assistant Treasurer, Youth Minister, Pastor’s Aide Assistant, and Bookkeeper.
This graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School continues to work on behalf of Bright Futures Now, Inc., and A More Excellent Way Life Center Church supporting Chief Apostle Dr. Robert L. Haley, III.
Married for over 40 years to Leonard Wesley. She is the proud mother of two accomplished daughters and the grandmother of four active grandchildren, Alexandria, Joelle, Haley and Jeffrey

District Elder Michael White
Michael A. White is a District Elder with A More Excellent Way Life Center Church, formally Apostolic Free Church of God located in Charleston, West Virginia. He was ordained at Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Oshkosh, Wisconsin under Bishop Jason Turner and Apostolic Free Church of God in St. Albans, West Virginia under Bishop Dr. Robert L. Haley, III.
Along with his wife, he has ministered in Nigeria, Uganda, and Canada. District Elder Michael White co-founded of Loving God with Excellence Ministries; an international ministry established to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ with his wife. He loves the creative process and enjoys creating content for daily blogs. Elder White serves on the faculty of Behind Closed Doors International Ministry
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and master’s degree in computer resources management from Webster University.
Elder White and his wife have several children between them, and a host of grandchildren.
They reside in Seabrook, Texas.
